With a degree in Public Health and Social Care and over 10 years of experience as a carer and Registered Manager, Vanesa has dedicated her career to supporting others. She founded MyDearCarer to create a service that truly meets the needs of clients while empowering workers to thrive in their roles.

Carlota Mpesa

A Deputy Manager with extensive experience in mental health support, Carlota is passionate about ensuring clients receive the best care possible. Her focus on quality and compassion drives our mission to deliver exceptional service.
